What You'll Be Doing

Edit video content for social media, websites, and other platforms

Work closely with the production team to understand project objectives

Review raw footage and build shot lists
-
Trim, sequence, and assemble footage into clean cuts
-
Layer in music, dialogue, graphics, and effects
-
Help shape rough cuts into polished final edits
-
Keep transitions smooth and pacing on point
-
Stay on top of new editing tools, trends, and techniques
-
Juggle multiple projects while hitting deadlines
What We're Looking For
-
Currently studying or recently graduated in Film, Cinematography, Communications, or related field
-
Comfortable with CapCut and Jianying (剪映)
-
A portfolio or sample reel is a big plus (but we're open to raw talent too)
-
Sharp eye for detail and a creative streak
-
Solid communication skills and a team-player mindset
-
Hungry to learn, adapt, and grow fast
-
Good time management, deadlines don't scare you
